Bloop Shisha Lounge occupies the 21st floor of the Ho Lee Commercial Building in the center of Lan Kwai Fong. This hookah lounge has a terrace with a view of Central, but the focus is inside the bar, where you’ll find a huge tank housing several blacktip reef sharks and stingrays.
